With CM3 is SNES the upper limit? I built 2 with your SAIO and a Zero and SNES was pushing it. Would PS1 be a push on this with a fan and heatsink?

Yeah, it really was as simple as that. I'm still tempted to tap the GND off of the PiUSB connector as it might be more reliable in the long run.

I have managed to reposition the GND pin and insert the 6 way. I've secured it with hot glue to keep it in place as it wasn't 100% straight

Hi kite, any ideas where to start troubleshooting this? Are there points on the backboard I can check in case there's a faulty component or connector? Like I said, it appears the switch is switching fine, but when it's on the AIO isn't seeing it as on. This is the same if i used a spare 4 way and m...

Reflowed the GND and it's now 0.29Ω so that's good. Testing between the test pads on the AIO between 3V3 and GND, then 5V and GND is in the hundreds of KΩ. I just looked again, VCC Power isn't on so I'll reflow the 2 power points now. Edit: reflowed power on the GPIO and no difference. Not sure if ...

Resistances as follows: Pi GND - AIO GND = 0.7 MΩ (crap) AIO USB DM - AIO USB DP = 0.47 MΩ Pi GND - AIO USB = 246 KΩ I can see the GND GPIO point is bad, I will go and reflow that. I have no idea if the other readings are expected. The LED's not turning on are: RUN PWR3V3 PWR5V WIFI Back board LED....
