Re: [Pre-Order] Safe Shutdown Switch (BangGood Edition) - Closed

I can bring my multimeter home and test it sometime, bit busy with Christmas stuff so it might have to wait until next week. I'll post when I have some readings.

Re: [Pre-Order] Safe Shutdown Switch (BangGood Edition) - Closed

So I've been having the same issue. Have a Full battery, turn on pi, countdown instantly starts, but once it gets down to zero and tries to shut down it wont actually shut down. It hangs up on something (couldn't read the screen, since I haven't adjusted text size yet). So then I have to turn the po...

Re: Largest Battery Size

IS there any reason not to use a battery from a cell phone that has a removable battery? It looks like a something like an extended battery for something like a samsung galaxy s3/s4 would fit great. https://www.amazon.com/PowerBear-Samsung-Extended-Battery-Protective/dp/9838427853/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF...

Re: GamePie Advance

I do have a gameboy advance....But it's hard to justify making another handheld, since I have made 2 GBZ's now. I do like the shape of the GBA better though, i'd like to see how the added X/Y buttons for these look though.

Re: First Build Part Help

You should have bought the speaker and battery from BC robotics too. That's where I got mine, same products as adafruit and you'd only have to pay the shipping once. I believe you can also get the same adafruit mono amp from BC robotics. If you wanna go that route for audio. If not like others have ...

You don't need a teensy. You can wire the buttons directly to the GPIO. This is what I did on my first build. I think there is a guide how to do it in the hardware guide section.

Re: [WANTED] power switch for DMG-01 (US)

I have 19 power switches left (had to buy 20 to get the one I needed). I can send you some from Canada, depending on where you are in the world it would take like a week to get there. Send me a PM if you're interested.
