I'm gonna go with Wermy on this one, the pads are painfully small and close together, it's easy to short them and not notice it

I removed it with pliers, I don't need the little chip so I just pried it out

I think the "noise" is normal, the screen res is 320x240, mine looks similar

General consensus on a gbc or pocket mod is to forget the card reader since the space is way more limited

Depends on the PCB, some do and some don't, I ordered that same one from seller Niceshopping and required a small modification ton run on 5v

Those seem to be one function each, a step up and a charger, so they are basically 2 boards to fulfill the function of one

I'm using one of those on my build, you can put it inside the dmg but it will be pretty intrusive, i got mine free from my carrier but i've seen similars around 5 bucks at walmart, they also have some that deliver 2 amps and have 2 batteries inside for around 10 bucks Also I don't believe you can ch...
