I had not, but I just tried that and it doesn't seem to be any different. One thing that I notice is that when my volume is turned down fairly low, it sounds fine. Disregard this. I dug more and found the answer. I didn't realize that you could actually move the picture with overscan. I always thought that overscan was exclusively for the size of the screen.

Thanks for the response. I ended up getting some desoldering wick and basically made the problem worse. I ended up just buying a new screen hah. Hopefully I'm smart enough to not have this problem again. Almost doneee
