USB TV tuner on Pi?

Post by toiletpaper69 » Wed Sep 14, 2016 10:54 am

I have a few broken Game Gear's I'm planning on modding with Pi3 and retropi. I remember the old TV tuner that was available for them so I started to wonder if I could put a USB tv tuner in one. Does anyone know if a usb tv tuner would work with a Pi3 or retropi? I think it would be a cool project.

I remember that tuner too. But... how would the work with the signal upgrade?

I was thinking put a digital usb tv tuner inside the controls on it would be useless because you would change channels through the software, and still use the antenna.
