Audio Wiring trouble

Post by penguins123 » Sat Nov 19, 2016 8:26 am

I am having a bit of trouble following Wermy's guide right now because I have a different audio jack socket. Here is what I have right now, I'm not sure if this is correct or not. If someone could tell me what needs to go where that'd be awesome! I am using the same speaker and amp as Wermy's tutorial, just a different audio socket.

P.S. please ignore any bad soldering joints, I did them late last night and was very tired. Just wanted to get something done, I will redo them before it is all finished!

Use a multimeter to check which pins are already bridge without pluging an headphone. The two pins that are bridge are +, when you conect a headphone they should not be connected anymore. The other pins are left right and ground. And ground pin usually is on the bottom of the jack. Hope I helped greetings
