Last weekend I have been DIY-ing with some colleagues. Learning from my earlier mistakes trying to build a small arcade cabinet, I made this tiny arcade cabinet:
It is 83mm high, and actually works! It features a 128x128 pixel screen, a 5-way switch, 6 buttons, running RetroPie on a Raspberry Pi zero.
Small video clips (of the lasercutting) and some more pictures on my blog: https://pixel.red/project/tiny-arcade/

Re: Built a Tiny Arcade Cabinet
That's looking sweet man! All you need is a little Topper for your joystick
I made this for my TinyPi, it might be a starting point for you. It is super tiny though, so you need a good precise printer

Get a small cheep LCD in your project https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2312
Wrap it all round a battery https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2292
Or use a custom PCB to make it really small https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2512
or make it really really really really tiny!! https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2919
