Forum issues/downtime

Just to note: After looking into it some I do not think this is hosting-related. It's looking more likely that it's an issue with one of the forum plugins.

According to the error it's one of the user that has reached the max number of connection.. That means token ? If so you should just have to reset his token and his number of connections

Are you able to run sql commands or does your hosting provider handle that? If you can run the commands you should be able to determine what is using up all of your available connections. Hopefully you can split that off into a different user account.

If your hosting provider allows cron jobs, a brute force approach may be to restart the sql server like twice a day.
