But with your current setup, only 1 channel gets played, left or right.
Stereo always goes to the headphone but since you have 1 MONO speaker you get one channel since it is Mono. What is wrong with this setup? I don't understand what you're trying to say with that post.
Correct, you only get one channel through the speaker with this setup. One would need to wire another speaker to get stereo output through the speakers.

But how do you get a stereo mix then?

Try this:

omit one of the Mono outputs in that diagram.

has anyone followed the DMG diagram and got the audio to work with the AIO board? I'm kind of confused by looking at the diagram and comparing to Felders guide

Do I need resistors? And if so, how many ohms?

What about it is confusing to you? I haven't been able to test the DMG setup yet but I'm pretty confident in what's there.

The image is really simple to follow, you connect the speaker red wire to the headphone jack and not the Speaker + pad.

Come on guys pay attention to the guides and videos. Yes the video uses 10k ohm resistors from the Left and Right and tie them to the Mono output to the speaker.

But one guide used 10k ohm, and the other used 680 ohm.

I just wanted to confirm that the diagram is correct since I hooked it up just like the diagram and my AIO was no longer detected after that. I disconnected and it was detected again, but that can be attributed to the other issues I'm having. I just noticed that I also hooked it up without desoldering the headphone jack as Felder indicated (my mistake, I just cut out the portion of the board). I will try again tonight.

I was showing options but 10k is the best option.
