I was testing my sound, controls and screen last night but whenever i push something while playing, the sound would go away and it would come back when not pushed. please help me I don't know what to do.

Sounds like you may have short somewhere. Push the area around the buttons on the case, but don't actually push the buttons themselves. Does the sound still cut out?

I'll try doing that. I don't know if it would make sense but it happens when I push the XYAB buttons that produces sound effect like jumping in super mario but not on the directional buttons. Thanks for the reply I apprecaite it.WoodMill wrote:Sounds like you may have short somewhere. Push the area around the buttons on the case, but don't actually push the buttons themselves. Then if it is a short, and the sound is cutting out when you press that side of the case, then you should be able to narrow down your search and look at your wiring under and around those abxy buttons.
