This is prob gunna sound like a very dumb question but I don't care I wanna be sure before I use this.

Is this ok to power my raspberry Pi zero while I set it up?

I know it needs 5v and this days 5.1v I'm. It sure if if that .1v is gunna make a difference. Thanks in advance. Happy gaming! :D

Apparently the regulator on the rPi is good for around 6 volts so yes 5.1v shouldn't be a problem in fact adafruit spec their Pi PSU's at 5.2v

Of more interest is the current at 0.7A. In theory it should be sufficient as the Zero is the same CPU spec as the original Pi 1 but with a mild factory overclock, and the standard for that was that they should be able to run from any USB phone charger, which are normally around 0.7A.
If you start loading up devices off the Pi then you might see the lightning bolt in the top right of the screen to indicate a low power situation, but for a simple setup 0.7A should definitely be fine
