New BW TFT Screen Variant?

I have a BW 3.5 in TFT LCD sold by EPATHDEALS on Amazon. I'm looking through the wiki and i don't see the variant. I think i need to modify this board for 5V but I'm not sure. Any help would be great

Ok, got it my computer is acting up, I actually just received that same screen a couple days ago, here is a pic I found here in the forums, I re wired the red cable only and it works.
