Hi Guys,
i absolutley love this forum, helping me finishing my project.
I also want to add some value, eventhought its only for the look.
I saw the customized Label Sticker for the Cartridges here in the Market which are awesome.
As some people especially in europe not really want to pay shipping costs for some stickers i came up with an idea.
You will find attached a template for a cartridge labe as vector file (.svg) you can change more or less every letter to whatever you want and also change the picture. All you need is adobe photoshop cs2. You heard right, photoshop, and for those who are familiar with photoshop you also hear right cs2. Because its totally FREE!!!
Also in order to use the "original" Nintendo font you need to download the attached nintender.tex file and include it into your font folder.
All you need when you are done is a printer and a special sticker paper stuff, can be bought at amazon for 15 euros for couple of sheets.
In the german amazon i found "Sattleford Klebefolien"
may you need to play arround a little bit but i think you guys will figure it out quite fast
i am in the middle of my build but as soon as is made the first Label i will post it;)

Custome Cartridge Label
Re: Custome Cartridge Label
This thread has plenty of good examples of labels made by forum members and includes a template for what you uploaded but better because its a psd file which contains layers instead of a svg which photoshop sees as flat.

Re: Custome Cartridge Label
Just FYI, Photoshop is not the right application to deal with SVG files. If you want to stay in the Adobe universe that would be Illustrator, otherwise there is Inkscape on the FOSS market, which is just plain awesome for SVG files, I use it a lot.
Thanks for the SVG and link to the other thread, was looking for these
