What tools will we actually need to cut through the tin itself?

Drill bits and various shaped files, harbor freight here in the states sells a cheap set with all the ones needed for the project. I myself will be using punches once they arrive from China (non of the shapes I need in the USA).

Yep, what Helder said. I would add though that I had much better luck when I spent a few bucks more for a nicer file set. I initially tried with a $4 set like that, but the edges were not flat and made it very difficult to get clean edges filed. I got a little nicer one for $10 or so and it's been much much better.

Alright, the last size screw I was waiting on from China should be here Monday, and I should finish up printing pre-orders this weekend. So keep an eye out for shipping emails starting next week! I'll send the pre-orders out in the order they were placed.

Final parts from Helder should be here today, meaning I can finally get started on the guide this weekend.
