Starting mintypi project

Hey there. I just wanted to get my foot in the door here so I could get some tips as I start the project. Haven't made any progress yet, but I have a lot of the needed tools. I've worked with retropie with my raspberry pi 3, have a 3d printer already, and a Dremel and soldering iron. Seems a pretty good start... I still have to buy..... everything else..lol, but it's a cool little project for sure. Thanks for any help.

Well the guide will be a good place to start, but really we're all just starting the mintyPi journey, so ridealong with the other show off threads
Most of the tricky details have either been covered by the guide or by setup scripts/sdcard image
