It doesn't this only handles the safe shutdown of the pi and powerboost.

@gargoyle67 @alien0matic Pins are included for the PowerBoost LBO output and a connection to a GPIO pin for dealing with the low battery signal.

So that means it will safe shutdown when battery is too low? Not getting what it's supposed to do.
