Hmm, this looks like a totally new circuit vs. the old one.
Has it worked out the kinks in the old circuit where, instead of a proper shutdown, it would often insta-kill the power while charging? (Or maybe that was just an issue with badly sourced DIY parts for people like me who built from scratch?)
Also, how does the battery warning work in this one?
Regardless, at that price, I'll buy two.

Insta-kill has been resolved in both the DIY version and the assembled version. Some people reported the same issue with the assembled board. I never got to the bottom of it.RxBrad wrote:Hmm, this looks like a totally new circuit vs. the old one.

Battery warning is the same as before, but that's mostly software and I've been working on a brand new script.
