Game Boy Retrofit Cost Estimator

Hello sudo builders very pleased to meet you all. Kudos to Wermy for great site and for sharing his electronics skills in terms beginners like myself can understand. I have purchased a prebuilt Game Boy to study (and play of course) but would now like to build one. Been reading your posts and doing some research in preparation and did a Game Boy Retrofit Cost Estimator to see which route to take (custom parts, AIOBoard or kit). My aim was to do a relatively simple build for beginners like myself but also one that I could do with my teenager kids but so far I have not been able to get there.
