Need help loading teensy

[Flash4824]

So I downloaded Arduino, the teensyduini and the zip file but it’s not working. Can anyone help? The teensy light blinks on and off but when I press the button like it tells me to the light just stops blinking. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S I’ve never done anything close to this I’m most likely the least qualified to even be attempting this
