Re: Veteran's 1st GBZ (No Hot Glue) Completed
Thanks for the jack! Great find. I was having trouble locating an original compatible.
Have you used any original charger plugs with this?

Wow, this is probably the cleanest build I've seen so far.
May I ask why you bridged the speaker+ to the other side of the headphone jack?

Re: Veteran's 1st GBZ (No Hot Glue) Completed
personally i think it makes the build look way better then a trying to accomodate a micro usb port (i'm still to see one that looks good with usb port)
there is the obvious issue that you can only use a barrel jack charger, but i also found a work around for that

Charger

this is the one i've got

Re: Veteran's 1st GBZ (No Hot Glue) Completed
I think keeping the original AC barrel instead of gutting the gameboy was a good call. Your build is very neat and very well organized you gave me some great ideas thank you.

Be careful the polarity of the charger cable. I got mine from HandheldLegends and it has a negative tip.

For the bi-color led, is it common anode or cathode for this board?
