Hey everyone,
So I'm attempting to build a few GBZ's I wanted to gift to my brothers, but it seems every build guide I read is contradictory to the 1 before it. If someone could/would assist, I would be over the mood.
Here's what I'm working with:
tinkerBOY Controller V3
Adafruit Powerboost 1000C
3.5" Gearbest Screen Board
GBZ help?

Re: GBZ help?
Substitute the AIO point to your Tinkerboy V3
(and ignore the PWM audio)
viewtopic.php?f=44&t=8810#p77981
and you should be good...
NB:
Make sure solder connections are good and clean
Connection are to the correct points (double check)
Make sure the battery is charged and connected
And use the appropriate RetroPie .img for your RPi
.

Re: GBZ help?
Thank you, VG! Before I run to try this out, could you please clarify what you mean when you say "Substitute the AIO point to your Tinkerboy V3"? I'm very much noobish and a lil confused by this.VeteranGamer wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 4:56 pmSubstitute the AIO point to your Tinkerboy V3

lord_of_misrule wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 5:44 pmOh!! Do you mean copy the layout from Helder's AIO to the tinkerboy? I'm slow :/
the power in and out points are different on both boards so wire/connect/solder accordingly.....
also the Tinkerboy audio is done via USB,so you just ignore the PWM connections and Volume wheel
