Ok, but that means you haven't changed it. I have two very different builds and run different games. Some are compatible on one and not the other, and vice versa. I can't explain it. I managed to sometimes solve it by changing ROM.

It's also all of the SNES and NES games, and randomly with all other systems. So I don't feel it's the roms.

If I run the RetroPie update, (what's it called? Update all packages?) will that break any SAIO software, or config changes?
