Shut off Wifi and bluetooth in Retropie

Hi,
actual configuration: raspberry pi W, with newest retropie installed. No AIO board used. Is there a possebility inside retropie to disable Wifi and bluetooth by software?

I have written a good and easy tutorial to optimize the setup and this was covered

11) The onboard Bluetooth device of the Raspberry Pi Zero W can be disabled by adding dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt to the config.txt file. Wifi is disabled with dtoverlay=pi3-disable-wifi. I need wifi so i'll just disable Bluetooth (and kite's SAIO allows mode button combination to disable it

sudo nano /boot/config.txt

Add the lines to the end of the file

dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt

CTRL o to write Out the file, CTRL x to eXit the file

This can be done on the fly without a reboot and independently through custom ES menu or through shortcut keys as in the new MintyPi video will show
