Changes of strategy: Ill just bypass this whole thing by contacting the server host, and pretend I am the forum owner and ask to set the domain on a new name, mine.

But you still plan on publishing the source code, right? Because some of us have our own websites, and it's not fair that we have to keep posting here, just because you created the thing that we're interested in.
