Long time lurker, first time poster. I thought I'd list this here before I tried Ebay. Asking $99 including shipping (for the attached 48 US States) for one of Kite's SAIO board / kits with Pi Zero installed and tested. Will ship international but you'll pay actual shipping prices.
In 2016 I purchased two of Kite's SAIO boards. One I put into a custom walnut / carbon fiber enclosure https://mkcastor.com/raspberry-piboy-ha ... rbon-fiber and gave to a friend, and another for one that I planned to build for myself. I ended up purchasing a Circuit Sword and don't really have a need for this one anymore.
The SAIO has the Pi Zero installed, soldered, and tested. It boots right up and all status / indicator lights function as they should. The only soldering that's left is for the USB port (easier if you know what enclosure you're using) riser (if you're using it) the button and switch. I'd be happy to solder these for you, just let me know. The status LED has been changed out for a frosted one because the original cracked when soldering (the pad popped out when I de-soldered it but it's been fixed by soldering the LED to the trace.. it's completely functional and barely noticeable.)
I'm including all the stuff that Kite put in the kit originally:
- 1x 3.5” LCD
1x extra-long connector micro USB cable
2x 6pin 1.00mm JST cables (linking main board to back board)
1x SAIO main board
1x 8cm strip of conductive fabric (to wrap around 6pin cable that contains USB to reduce interference)
1x USB, Power Switch, Button
1x SAIO back board
2x 3pin 1.00mm JST cables (for L and R buttons)
2x 4pin 1.00mm JST cables (for back board switch + button, and joystick/USB)
1x 2pin 1.00mm JST cable (for speaker)
Will accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, etc.
