Hi
Can you tell me where you bought it ?
It's hard to find one with the button board in Canada...
Thanks

I just got my screen today. I got variant 9.
According to http://sudomod.com/wiki/index.php?title ... t-9_5V.jpg I will to remove the chip and solder in 5v.
On the image of yours it looks like you did not have to do that and you are able to use it for games just fine.
Did you just attach the red wire and hook it up to your pi and it started working or is it going to be necessary to remove the chip in order to use this screen?

no need to remove the chip, just solder a jumper to it and your good to go...
