Adafruit Screen wont power after attempting to install menu buttons

I was trying to extend the buttons Adafruit screen board, but now the screen doesn't seem to be received power. I removed the extra wires for extending the buttons but the screen still won't power. It was working fine previously. Also, what connections should the multimeter detect a complete circuit for? Currently each of the bottom connections are all connected. Did I screw up the board? If not what can I do? Let me know if you need any more info. Thank you in advance.
