Notes
This is a composite backup camera screen being used in several GBZ projects. There seems to be at least two reported variants to this screen, as reported by users.
Variant 1
Modifying the screen to work on 5v for this version consists of removing a voltage regulator and soldering one wire:

No modifications are necessary with this version.
The red cable is power, black is ground, and yellow and white are video outputs.
