I would put a resister on before the led saves it burning out in the long run

Take a close up pic on the pi. To be honest more than likely you will have a bad solder contact. If all wires are in place.
Desolder and re solder your joints.

Is that blu-tack you are using instead of glue? Or is it just an easy temporary method of fixing the components? I use blue tack help map out the internals if it fits I'll glue it in if it don't I can make a small adjustment test fit the case then glue in place. Also for beginners its good to help ...

What it looks like with some buttons in. just little issue is the analogue joystick it rubs due to the thickness so I need to do a small mod to make it longer.

Just done my 1st half of wrapping the case :D That looks legit. :) Are you going to give it a glossy or matte finish or will you leave it like that? :) At the moment I'm leaving it like that I've saved some test piece to see how is looks later. The back of the case is going to be hard to do lol.

From my old notes this is the order the led row go's.
Red led charging
Green led charged
Blue led load in usb
