I just figured it out, at least most of it. I bridged the negatives of the left and right outputs and i read somewhere on this forum that it shouldnt be done like that, so unsoldering the bridge fixed it. Additionaly, when i put the speaker in the case and hold it with my finger it sounds acceptably...
