For a while when sending PM's they hang in the Outbox for an inordinate amount of time before being sent (4-5 hours it seems). Now they don't appear to be sending at all. Any ideas?

That should reset permissions and save settings on reboot. Make sure you do a safe shutdown as well!

Just to follow-Up (probably known anyway). I flashed the new image, everything working as it should now.
