I just tested this with 3 different powerboost and all the same thing. Another thing is the powerboost won’t turn on with the battery plugged in just the usb c cord.

The powerboost should be able to handle all of those components. The only thing I first notice is the power strip. Each of those circular pads is individual, and they are not connected to each other. So I assume you have the 5v and ground from the powerboost to one of those pads. That 5v/gnd stops ...
