Re: Power switch won't turn circuit sword on
Following up on this, I’ve tested all four (turns out I bought four, not three) Circuit Shields (v1.3D 20190205) and none of them will power on with the switch through the accessory board. The accessory board is V1.1C. When I press the power button on the main board I see the 5v PWR status light on ...

Re: Power switch won't turn circuit sword on
Interestingly, I’ve just run into this problem as well. I’ve built a number of these boards before and I have three right now. I’ve tested two different boards on the bench and both are having this problem.

@kite thanks so much for putting out an awesome board. If this is the last pre-order and you’re moving on to new things do you have any plans to open source any of your designs (or part of them)?

Re: Random resets?
One thing to check for is that the MODE button can come in contact with the top of the USB-C port. I had a build that was glitchy where it would mute/un-mute constantly and the on screen display kept coming up randomly. I haven't seen any specific instructions for this but I ALWAYS put a piece of ka...

Re: New Screen Variation
... an odd thing happens: If I bridge the Chip like it's explained in the Wiki, the monitor doesn't turn on at all. It even stops the whole Gameboy (pi & controller PCB) from powering up! And now comes the clue, if I Power up and then apply the bridge (temporarily by hand) it works like a charm! I'...

Glue Free(ish) GPIO GBZ w/ Pocket Adventures Helpers
Just about finished with another build, some cleanup left to do. This was my first build using some of the boards from John Till at Pocket Adventures (disclaimer: not an ad, I bought everything myself, I've not had any contact with them, etc. etc.). My goal was to be as glue free as possible with as...

You can use PMMA fiber optic threads. Often times you’ll see them advertised for “Star Sky Ceilings” and such. It’s not terribly expensive, on Amazon 50M is less than $20 in the US. You’ll find it even cheaper on AliExpress. You will also want to make sure that you get “end glow” fibers and not “sid...

Re: CM3 WiFi Seeing APs but not connecting
I got it on the WiFi! I'm not sure the _exact_ cause but I believe it had to do with being double NATed. When I was digging through the settings on my Airport Express I realized it was set to handle DHCP w/ NAT and my cable modem router was also setup to do the DHCP. I flipped settings on the Airpor...

I think for whatever reason it simply doesn't like my Apple Airport Express...
I split 2.4/5GHz channels into different SSIDs, tried adding a guest network with no password... It just won't associate with it.
I'll go dig out an old TP-Link or something and see if that has more luck.

Re: CM3 WiFi Seeing APs but not connecting
I’ve tried it at various distances. I’m currently about 3 feet away from it. I’ve tried with and without security enabled on the network. I can currently connect to it with my phone, computers, R PI 3, and Pi Zero W. It’s operating in 2.4 and 5GHz channels with the same SSID, is that a potential iss...
