Hi guys, just wondering whether correspondence was meant to have been happened about sending uncut shells?

Because I wasn't contacted and was sent an uncut shell with no feasible way to cut it myself.

EDIT: And as far as I can tell, I received no magnets to use with the cart?

My order was shipped this last batch, Order #1928. It was a full kit in Classic DMG, for those keeping track.
