Re: Raspberry Pi Zero in the Cartridge

I would assume that the same principle applies to this as the original GBZ project does with the sd card. You would have the GPIO pins connected to the lines on the cart. Then on the cart reader, run the pins to the various components. That way, you can easily upgrade/replace the Pi Zero with a newe...

Re: Alternative power supply help

I used a tp4056 lipo charge board with a DC DC 3.7v to 5v power boost step up converter board to handle power to all components in my gameboy zero.

Overall investment $2.35 (1.98+0.35)

Re: Collecting information on alternative displays - please contribute

I just received the BW 3.5" screen sold by e-life and can confirm that it supports 5V without any modifications. Additionally, it just requires desoldering the 4 cables and wiring it to the pi zero right away. . I remembered to take a photo shortly after i began desoldering. https://i.imgur.com/rKmB...

Teensy 2.0 vs Teensy LC?

I currently have a teensy 2.0 available and was trying to figure out if it could work in place of the LC.

Has anyone tried using a 2.0 in place of the LC?
