I have a circuit shield and am trying to assemble it, but I can’t seem to find the stls for the drill guide. In wermy’s video he mentions releasing them publicly later, but I can’t seem to find where he did that

It's the battery monitoring script that you're using is kicking in the safe shutdown. What are you using to monitor the battery voltage? To be quite honest, I don't know what you mean by this.
