Re: Largest Battery Size
IS there any reason not to use a battery from a cell phone that has a removable battery? It looks like a something like an extended battery for something like a samsung galaxy s3/s4 would fit great. https://www.amazon.com/PowerBear-Samsung-Extended-Battery-Protective/dp/9838427853/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF...

Re: Largest Battery Size
Thanks! Does it have to be removed often? You could likely fit in a larger one if not. I'm only asking because I'm looking at batteries on ebay and some sellers have a wide array of lipo's with a wide variance in sizes. I'd love to fit a 4000-5000 mAH lipo in if possible. Doesn't have to be removed...

Largest Battery Size
So I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find much on the topic of battery size. Wermy's wiki suggests the adafruit 2500mAH (51mm x 65mm x 8mm) is just about the largest to fit comfortably, but I've seen several builds that have bigger. I have no qualms dissecting the interior of ...

Re: Battery in Canada
Hey no worries. I started ordering stuff in July I think. It's been quite a while. The battery is the last thing I need now.

Re: Battery in Canada
I can't speak for Chinese ones. But I just got mine sent from the UK to Australia. Came quickly, well priced and while I have yet to use it, looks to be of good quality. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181898429596 Its the UK ebay, but the seller is in china (according to the postage). Let us know how yo...

Battery in Canada
Hey, so JohnnyFYVE mentioned here that it would cost an additional 50$ to ship to Canada from the adafruit website. In the same thread they mentioned chinese sellers on ebay, which is probably where ill turn. I'm only hesitant because I've read in other threads that the capacity from some of these s...

Kitsch-Bent GBZ PCB question
So I'm terribly new. Just putting a parts list together and was wondering if you guys could tell me the difference between these boards. This one has some chip in the middle, not quite sure what it does. Has the option to be installed for extra? http://store.kitsch-bent.com/product/expanded-dmg-butt...
