1 what are those small fans? A link? 2 what are you using to power the stick? The pololu converter? 3 are you using typec pd? What are you planning to run? 5V5A should be enough ;) Depends on your exact build, I'm sure that m3 stick + 6.5" screen + sound amp + ?controller? (I'm not sure about this part) could draw probably 4A max., also consider that you might have to change the fan on the m3 or design a new heatsink. Like I said these run on 4.5W TDP...
