Re: [Idea] Hidden button "keyboard"
Hmm.. Interesting idea! I did wonder whether you might be able to do something like this using software, maybe through the microcontroller? Have an extra button that acts like a "Shift" key, altering the mappings for the remaining buttons whilst pressed? This is exactly what I am doing with mine. T...

Re: Forum issues/downtime
Post here: http://sudomod.com/forum-issues/ Discussion here (assuming the forums are up). :) Just to note: After looking into it some I do not think this is hosting-related. It's looking more likely that it's an issue with one of the forum plugins. Are you able to run sql commands or does your host...

Looks like it is working much better now! Thanks.wermy wrote:Alright, I disabled the common-words filter and re-indexed the database. Can you try your search again?tanooki wrote: Not sure if you have looked into this any further, but I still haven't been able to successfully search. All words are still "too common."

Re: Suggestions
Ok so there were a couple settings in there I adjusted that may help: I decreased the minimum word-length it indexes to 2 characters and also bumped up the threshold for what is considered a "too common" word. It probably won't take effect immediately, but give it a try later on today or tomorrow a...

would not be an issue at all. will just do two versions of this. one as-is, one off to the edge, then the end-user can determine which works best for their setup. i would imagine some people will rarely be removing them and may wish to leave the shell intact, which is why i approached it this way (...

Re: Forum suggestion: Anti-spam measures
Alright, new users now have to have their first 3 posts reviewed/approved before they become a regular user. Thanks for the quick response on this. In case you missed it, I also sent you a PM on this topic yesterday with some additional suggestions, but I think the 3 post change should work well. P...

Re: Tackling Graceful Shutdowns on the GBZ
After further thought, I think that having the Low Bat signal directly shutting down the RPI might be a bad idea. Nothing more frustrating than not having saved in awhile and your game turns off without notice! Still having a visible indicator light is absolutely necessary in this case. The PowerBo...
