Re: How to save on retropie

@Sam_shep What controller are you using? Standard save states in emulators for NES, SNES, and Playstation are as below. I have seen video comments of others not being able to get save states to work, but I do not know if they solved the issue. I just wanted to confirm the below is pretty common way ...

Re: USB File transfer with Helder's AIO *Update* No USB.

Definitely chasing a gremlin here. You mentioned you cleaned up the soldering on the D+ and D- pads so those are not bridged. Is there any solder touching the micro USB mounting point and one of the D pads? That was one of my issues. I did not have the solder bridged from D- to D+ but I did have it...

Re: USB File transfer with Helder's AIO *Update* No USB.

I did re-flash the card a few times earlier on when i was trying to figure out what the issue was with the PRS card. I was sorta having sporadic USB problems at that time as well. But haven't flashed it since I nailed down what was wrong with the PRS Card. But I did pull out the SD card from my pre...

Re: USB File transfer with Helder's AIO *Update* No USB.

Have you tried reflashing your image of retropie? I did not see you post that anywhere. I had a similar issue with the AIO eventually not being recognized by retropie after a bunch of testing, but my pc would identify it fine. I reloaded a back-up image of my SD card that I saved when the AIO was wo...

Re: BW 3.5" screen unclear (Uk version)

As Rolen47 stated you need to do the bypass mod. I have that screen and though it runs off 5v it runs clearer if you do the mod he linked.

Re: Issues with Audio, please help.

@Chedda well now my hub won't recognize my keyboard. Tried both internal port and external port. Both ports let me dump games via thumb drives but neither register any presses on the keyboard. Also the teensy is reading through the hub fine.. So taking another step back I need to figure out why it ...

Re: (Help) Screen flicker with colors missing.

Sure fire fix.. Screen works perfectly now. But suddenly my controls stopped working.. Not responding to the gamepad, not responding to the USB ports. Even tried a fresh flash of Retropie... This is a terrible marry go round of troubleshooting lol Glad the screen problem got fixed. Yeah sometimes d...

Re: (Help) Screen flicker with colors missing.

I would also recommend trying a different power supply. Some lower end supplies will not keep 5v once the system starts to draw power. I had a similar issue when I began my build a while back. I was using a good power supply and had no issues. Mid build I grabbed a different power supply and my scre...

You do not need to remove the chip. Just solder a jumper wire from the points illustrated in the wiki.
