Re: USB ports

I have one USB port inside the case with an WiFi stick connected to it and one port accessable from the outside. I could have soldered the Wifi stick directly but now I can swap it out if it isn't working anymore or put something different into to port if I evre need to. I have found that it fits pe...

Re: Orange Pi PC

Here are a few cases I found on a quick search that seem to be suitable. But surely they need editing. I could try to modify them, but I barely created a decent model before. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1727668 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1035878 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1533740 h...

Re: Orange Pi PC

I could do it, but right now I'm for work at the other side of the country. Soon I will have more time for side projects as I'll get to work from the comforts of my own home for the next half year. Same here. Not on the other side of the country, but have a lot of work/deadlines until atleast the s...

Re: Looking to 3D print a gameboy power switch

Thanks everyone that offered to send a switch - that's so generous. I actually am hoping to use this project as an excuse to learn more about 3D-printing and design. The model that AerynSun found is exactly enough of what I was looking for! The dimensions aren't 100% right. But if you want to learn...

Re: Looking to 3D print a gameboy power switch

hey,

I found this link. But it only seems to be the top part. I'm not at the PC at the moment, but I can create an CAD/stl file for you tomorrow.

Re: Pi zero not recognizing game pad or keyboard

I can't remember the guys name right now but he discovered that sometimes you have to solder the 5th pin of the OTG on the PI to ground for it to recognize certain things. I thought it was just some isolated incident but seems like it might be your problem too, and he used an external USB hub like ...

Re: Could this type of battery be adapted?

That is exactly what I did. The third wire is for temp measurement. Great thanks! :) Well, I ordered that cell, I was charged the same price again tho for delivery. I hope I don't get stung for import charges. Did you just cut the white cable off then? I just put some shrink tube over it to make su...

Re: Could this type of battery be adapted?

I got one of the 18650 with 3500mAh into my case ( link ). But they are really big, I think you could fit 2 of them in, if you really wanted to, but it all depends on your build. If you have the SNES L&R button it could be a problem. I ordered one to try it out, 3500mAh for 12€ is a really good dea...

OOhh the possibilities :D No more dremeling and them new screwposts :o Hey, I also had a look at that file. The front part of the case doesn't have...

Yes, it does. "Schutzschaltung BMS von Seiko (made in Japan) XZD-1S5530"
I'm sure there are a lot of similar batteries online.
