Doing a bit of probing on the board there is continuity between r15 and +speaker. Also tried 3 other speakers and none are producing sound. @helder is there any other way I can test? Tried all the fixes, nothing works. Kinda sucks not being able to use my AIO because of the USB issues, wouldnt have ordered if i had known that there was this much trouble just getting some devices to work at all, much less 1.1 speeds.

No luck this weekend with all the different testing. No matter how I wired it the Pi0 would not recognize the AIO. So I have a new Pi0 coming in and a USBasp. definitely something with the hub in the AIO, same wifi works in another zero with a different hub with no problem.
