Solution found! Thanks @Helder. :D Issue: Extremely choppy and quiet audio through speaker. Solution: Added resistors as suggested by Helder which, instantly increased the volume and reduced the choppiness to a very playable level. Doing a bit of probing on the board there is continuity between r15 and +speaker. Also tried 3 other speakers and none are producing sound. @helder is there any other way I can test? Tried all the fixes, nothing works. Kinda sucks not being able to use my AIO because of the USB issues, wouldnt have ordered if i had known that there was this much trouble just getting some devices to work at all, much less 1.1 speeds.

No luck this weekend with all the different testing. No matter how I wired it the Pi0 would not recognize the AIO. So I have a new Pi0 coming in and a USBasp. I'm and hoping it is either I shorted the current Pi0 usb when I soldered the AIO to it (why did they make those pads so d@mn close) or mayb...

OK so my wireless card is recognized in rpi, it is in the lsusb devices. I'll have to follow some more testing.still does not see any networks

Seems i am also having some issues, i just got my board yesterday, so its the new batch i believe. hooked up to the Pi, it recognizes the AIO, I can also set the buttons so the arduino is working. I have 2 separate USB wireless cards i am trying, both work in a separate PI(wiuth different hub) but ...
