I recommend using a3k4's wiring guide for the 1.3 pi. I have a 1.3 and used his wiring guide for the sd card successfully and I have a rev c cart.

I had the same problem but it ended up being that I had the d+ and d- wires reversed so I would check that first and make sure that you have the orientation right. I also twisted my usb data wires together at the same time I was working on that so that probably helped if there was any interference.

When you print it, make sure to turn off scaling and then double check the measure after you've printed. I didn't realize it right away and almost made my modifications based on the scaled image but luckily tend to be on the perfectionist side of things and caught my mistake.

Trimming off about half of the length of the 3 settings buttons and then sanding them smooth helps to fit the button panel in your GBZ's battery compartment. Note that the wire for these buttons is attached to the PCB underneath the potentiometer, so be sure to plug it in before you mount the pot. ...
