He was kind enough to release the files so you could get a blank board easily. I can even upload it to oshpark.com for purchase but be aware you will need to buy all parts needed and solder them yourself. Ahhh now if only that PCB accounted for X + Y buttons...

Maybe I'll have to learn how to do that. Unless of course anyone else has any ideas/solutions?
