Re: All in One PCB Support Thread

I like to see that too, or a video from it. I'm at work now, but I did take a photo of the GBZ before closing it up last night. You can't see the resistors well (they're right on top of the speaker, unfortunately), but the mini-board I made was pretty basic. I soldered the two resistors to the perf...

Re: built-up by a noob

I'm using quite thin stranded cable. I can say that it breaks easily if it gets bent back and forth too much.

BangGood Power Boost Problem - ~0.5V Output

I just got my Banggood power boost in the mail and started wiring it up and I'm getting really low voltage, around 0.5-0.6V. I've checked the battery and it has ~4.1V. Any ideas?

Looking for controller board for LCD Screen

I picked up what appears to be a pretty nice LCD TFT screen at the local electronics hobby shop, although it doesn't come with a board. I'm pretty sure it's a Sharp LQ038J7DH52, 320*480 3.8" Touch Screen (40 pin video cable). It's too big for a Gameboy DMG, but there may be something else I can shoe...

Re: Battery on amazon

The difference is about $10. Cheap, made in china batteries have a higher probability of going boom. However, adafruit's likely aren't name brand either. If you find a credit card sized rechargeable phone bank thing, you can pull one out of there. It'll also come with a charge/discharge circuit, how...

It's currently unavailable, but any 'credit card' sized rechargeable battery pack will have a LiPo in it. They shouldn't be more than ~$15 USD.

Re: [WIP] Project RetroBoy; a custom CAD drawn Gameboy case

Are you interested in doing something like this with other cases? I can provide STL files, perhaps of a GBA case? Not sure what you exactly want me to do, but you want me to edit existing .STL's? Depending on what software you're using, STLs can give quite the shortcut in 3d modeling. It can save y...

Most things aren't very interesting under X-ray. I have used it to find something that was lost in my backpack before though.
