The board layout looks slightly different to all the images I have but more than likely the same chip used so you can just compare. No guarantees as I got this off the web whilst doing research for my own project. Good luck.

I followed this YouTube vid below. Simply melt the tip of an old pen outer and press it warm onto the screw to take the shape of the head. Presto you have a reusable tool. I did it last week and it actually worked. Total cost ZERO as I scavenged a useless promotional pen from the office that fitted....
