You can take a silicone mold from printed parts and then cast them in clear resin. Ive done it many times

You can replace the front polerizer on the screen which will get rid of the scratch

the best way to cut the shell or at least how i do it. i snip off the bulk but still leave a small amount to machine off after

@jellybelly, I have one more question :) Did you clean the case by somehow? Mine looks yellowish even without all internal parts, because it's obviously old. I've seen some guides how to get an original grey gameboy out of yellow sludge, but not sure this will work with clear one without any damage...
