Well, pretty disapointing but it turns out that i have not the same/right screen as wermy showed. You're model looks exactly the same as mine. If you use a knife to gently remove the double sided foam tape, the board has this written on the backside: (that way you know for sure) MT_MAIN630A_35D_S4_V...

No, you can cut the end of an old usb cable and solder the wires to the cable that most of the time comes with the screen, then plug this into the screen and the usb cable into a sufficient power source like an active USB Hub or a Wall Charger. Thanks for the quick replies. I bought the same screen but haven't wired it yet. i plan to use this image and to solder the one extra connection.
