This'll be my first build (once the battery arrives from China, of course) so I'm really excited, but I'm also an absolute noob; I'm tinning wires now just to build up soldering skills. That also implies I'm not sure what I'm looking at on the board, so it might be obvious but is there any support f...

My apologies for taking so long to reply. I didn't see this until today. I didn't add the extra button, I just reprogrammed it to one of the buttons already there (start or select).
No worries - I've been off for a few months myself. Thanks for the followup!

Re: My first (and hopefully not last) mintyPi

Excellent looking case - that's been stopping me; 3 cases now down and I've screwed up every one (and now I'm on a diet from all the Altoids I've been eating...).

Did you do the power reset button mod as well?

That's absolutely beautiful - it's almost worth importing them just for the tin.

Re: [For Sale] mintyPi BatteryMonitor PCB Preorder

Glad I got in on time. I’ve been waiting to build the 2 kits I have when the battery post dropped. No worries on combining postage - buy yourself a beer and thanks for all your good work..

Re: LPs mintyPi [COMPLETE]

knew i should have added those diodes as advised by Helder... Diodes? I remember this being mentioned in a post once, and expecting it to be in the guide, but it isn't. This is what Helder wrote... "From my experience and Wermy's as well the 500C doesn't charge and play and neither does the lipo ch...

Re: mintyPi 2.0

Finally got all the extra little bits - except for the Wermy/Helder's parts. So eager to get started again ...but no rush fellows. Just looking forward to doing this. Haven't done a build since my shitshack/heathkit days.

And a happy father's day, to whom all that applies to!
