Re: [For Sale] PRS-Tech SNES-Zero. Complete retro gaming in a SNES Controller

Hey all: if you were previously unable to get the Kayo mini HDMI to HDMI cable for this project o Amazon or anywhere else in 10', I just noticed it's back up.

In the process of building mine, was wondering what you used to cut the pin header?
I ended up just using wire cutters and slowly worked my way from one end to the other.

Re: [For Sale] PRS-Tech SNES-Zero. Complete retro gaming in a SNES Controller

Anyone able to add the soft shutdown/startup option as listed in http://pie.8bitjunkie.net/retropie-shutdown-and-startup-switch-the-easy-way, but with the added variable of a timer so that a button would have to be held down for a set period of time before activating the shutdown/startup? There's a ...

That is a really nice case! Where did you get it?

Re: How to - Use the GPIO for Buttons instead of a Teensy

Is it possible/will it still work, to change the allocation of 'e' as 'Start' and move it to the Enter key instead? Reason I ask is that when you go into the Retropie setup/config files to change/select settings, using the current keyboard-to-button mapping does not allow for navigation beyond using...

Re: How To - Build the PRS-Tech SNES-Zero

Sorry for clogging the forums with this question: Is the sole point of the diode to reroute 5V back up the HDMI cable to power the Pi Zero, and without the diode, the USB power adapter would not power the Pi Zero in its stock/unmodified state? EDIT: Nevermind. Answered my own question (it's "Yes").

Re: mintyPi 2.0

....I love everything about this.

You mentioned using DS parts for the buttons; is it possible to use SNES controller parts as well, or are they too large to fit in there?

Can't wait to build one!
